Nipro appointed Premier Healthcare as the exclusive distributer in Sri Lanka for the Nipro Disposable Syringe range with effect from January 2009.Nipro Syringe owns a major market share of the country's private health sector and has plans to emerge the state health sector in 2009 – 2010.
Premier is now in the process of appointing country wide dealers whom to be responsible for regional healthcare provider’s needs, which will cut down the time consumed in delivery.

Premier, introducing for the first time in Sri Lanka, the powder form haemodialysis concentrate "DRY CITRACON" provided with integrated mixing machines. This was made possible only after launching the world’s No 1(DWA) bio grade reverse osmosis water treatment plants to the country. This new addition will reduce the cost of treatment which will benefit the healthcare provider and the patient as well.
The government health sector is also now evaluating the possibility of adapting to the powder form concentrate, especially after DWA bio grade water treatment plants were installed at Maligawatta kidney unit and the Kandy General Hospital recently.

After considering the difficulties the kidney patients from outer provinces are presently undergoing in traveling all the way to the capital city of Colombo for treatment, Premier is to setup private Dialysis Centres in seven provinces soon. This will reduce the time, cost of travel and accommodation to the patient and the accompanying family members .Eight locations have been already indentified for these centres including the Eastern and Nothern Provinces
